Over 20+ years leading growth across the Americas, Latin America, and Europe — including senior roles at leading technology companies — Kevin learned that marketing only matters when it shows up on the bottom line. His background in finance and business strategy (MBA, Columbia Business School; Master's in Finance) is why BlueRipple starts every engagement with the numbers: what a new patient is worth, where the practice's real bottleneck is, and what marketing can actually move.

Over a decade building and running her own businesses across the United States and Brazil taught her every side of growth firsthand: client acquisition and retention, service delivery, financial management, and the strategic calls owners actually face. Amanda earned her BSBA in Marketing from Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná, graduating near the top of her class.
